Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity).

Our window mats are custom-made according to the specifications of your vehicle and equipment, and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

According to §312d para. 4 no. 1 BGB, the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal if he orders goods that are made to customer specifications, i.e. according to his own specifications or preferences. In this case, the otherwise existing comprehensive consumer protection is not to be granted to him as an exception because he has given the instruction for production by placing the order.
